FairMate also offers a mobile entry solution. Portable scanners can grant admission at any given place on the fair grounds, away from the main entrances. This provides even more flexibility in managing and measuring visitor flows.

FairMate MobileEntry features new and robust hardware with a wide variety of functions and revamped software with extended functions. A large display enables all information to be seen at a glance. In addition, the customer service staff can retrieve the status of the ticket such as the admission history. The devices produced by Bluebird sit comfortably in the hand and can withstand impacts from a height above one meter. Portable scanners connect to the FairMate system by Wi-Fi. Like their stationary counterparts, they can also be used in off-line mode.
